Project: brand identity

A re-imagined idea of the identity for a local pediatrician's practice.
I began with ideation sketches. Rounded shapes and soft colors guided my direction for a business whose core clientele is children and families.

Four pages containing the ideation process for a pediatrician's practice. The pages display the ideation of the logo mark from drawings of birds and bird forms to a final logo displaying the letters WP with a simplified bird stepping between the two letter forms.

Marketing work

For hire work.

Three pages of best selling beverages from different manufacturers. Products are mostly arranged in a grid like pattern. The third page displays four beverage flavors with a concentric circle background.

Project: Exact English Sign Language illustration

Rendering 26 illustrations for each letter of the alphabet, I created a visual representation of the the foundational EESL hand gestures.

A graphite drawing of a hand gesturing the letter F in EESL.
A graphite drawing of a hand gesturing the letter E in EESL.
A composition of 26 graphite drawings displaying the alphabet in EESL.

PowerPoint and Text Animations.

Self-directed projects to help me practice slideshow animations, narrative, and timing.

About Me

Hello.
Drawing and making art makes me feel good. I grew up in Chicago and received my BFA from SAIC in 2021 with a focus on painting & drawing. I currently work in public education while I continue striving to be a full-time creative.
I'm a person just like you. Except for A.I. bots, we are not like each other at all.

Follow Me

A rounded icon of the logo mark for the Cara social media network. A rounded icon of the Instagram logo mark. A rounded icon of the Linked In logo mark.

I heard a story that a particularly very famous and controversial celebrity refused to create a Twitter account before it was X. When asked why he wasn't on Twitter, he replied "I don't follow anybody!"
I don't know if this story is true but it made me laugh.
